had a fantastic stay at a quirky guesthouse in Albany. Antique charm, amazing art & camera collections, central location, and personal service made it feel like a Venetian palace. Complimentary port, fast WiFi, and secure car parking added to the experience. Would definitely stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The location was perfect, right on the foreshore with beautiful water views. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a double and single bed and a dedicated bathroom. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. And I must mention the copious amounts of hot coffee provided - it kept me fueled for the day!
All was great, nothing to complain about.

This hotel is a true gem with its unique and quirky atmosphere. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the collection of hand painted oil reproductions in every room to the complimentary port and DVD collection. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the centre of town with access to loads of amenities and attractions. The service provided by Sarin, the host, is exceptional, and his willingness to go above and beyond for his guests is commendable. The cooked breakfast with copious amounts of hot coffee is just the cherry on top.
No mention of any aspect that could be improved.

The hotel's location on the foreshore was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the water. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. The rooms, with a double and single bed, were comfortable and cozy, and it was a treat to have a dedicated bathroom. I also appreciated the wide range of TV channels available, giving me plenty of options for entertainment during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast served was delightful, with hot coffee that seemed to never stop flowing.

The location was perfect for exploring the town. The breakfasts were tasty and cooked to order. We enjoyed the unique and quirky decor, especially the collection of art and cameras on display.
The shared bathrooms were not as glamorous as we expected. Although functional, they could use some upgrading.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and gave us amazing recommendations. The location was perfect - in the heart of the city and close to everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the nice touch of having a decanter of port available in our room.
Nothing to be said.

Our experience was very interesting and unique. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and yoghurt and the big cups for tea. The location was convenient, being close to the beach and shops. However, we were not aware of the noisy nightclub and pub nearby, which got pretty loud on Saturday nights.
The parking was tight and could be problematic for larger vehicles.

Great service and a unique hotel experience. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect; close to all facilities and tourist attractions. The breakfast was fantastic and A1 quality.
Although it wasn't a huge problem for me, some people might find it difficult to climb up the stairs to reach the bedrooms. The bathrooms and cleaning could be improved.
